Privacy Policy
Short and clear: what data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how you can ask for it to be deleted.
Who processes the data
The data controller is David Ojdanić, a sole trader from Zlatibor, Serbia. Contact for all questions about your data: davidojdanic@gmail.com.
What data I collect
- Contact form, orders and technical support: name, email, phone number (if you enter it), a link to your website and the text of your message.
- Guide sign-up: your email address only.
- Website builder: your email address and the content of the site you build (name, texts, and the contact details you enter on the site).
- Payment: I do not store card details. Card payments go through an external service (e.g. Stripe or PayPal), and bank transfers go through your bank.
Why I use it
Solely to reply to your inquiry, send you a quote or the guide, publish and maintain the site you built, and send you notices related to that site (e.g. a reminder before your subscription expires). I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent (when you submit a form or sign up for the guide) and the performance of a contract (when you order a website, support or the publishing of a site), in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL).
How long I keep data
- Inquiries and orders: up to 2 years from the last communication.
- Guide sign-up: until you unsubscribe.
- Sites made with the builder: while the subscription is active and for 6 more months after it expires, so that you can restore it. After that they are deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or visitor tracking tools. Your browser only remembers your choice of light or dark theme. Example sites in the configurator and the builder display photos from the picsum.photos service, which sees your IP address when they load.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or a halt to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to davidojdanic@gmail.com. I reply within 15 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
